Fine Silver Ammonite Bracelet

Growing up, I loved fossil hunting at Charmouth with my grandparents, always fascinated by nature’s wonders, both ancient and modern. Ammonites were my top find, especially those fossilised in shiny Iron Pyrite—also known as Fool’s Gold!

Fun fact: ammonites are relatives of squids and octopuses, two of my favourite sea creatures. Although these are only little ones, some ammonite species could get as big as 3.5 metres 

Now that I’ve picked up fossil hunting again, I’ve used some of my ammonite discoveries to create moulds for these intricate fine silver pendants, each hanging on a 7.5 inch paperclip style bracelet. A playful nod to the ocean’s timeless treasures!
